feat(editorial): preview and apply curated post reclassification without losing legacy categories

What

• Reviewed canonical primary rubric for all 21 live Payload documents: 18 published + 3 drafts, verified directly in the production Neon branch.
• New canonical rubric is first in categories; every legacy category ID is preserved as a secondary relationship.
• One authenticated Payload admin interface: Preview reclassification then Confirm. No production edits occur until a logged-in editor clicks Confirm. Never writes from GET/build. No direct SQL or bypassed CMS hooks.
• Optimistic updatedAt check before each write; skips concurrent editorial changes and unknown posts.
• No modification of article body, locale text, publication status, slug, publication date or citations. Old category IDs stay attached as secondary associations, while canonical primary category exclusively controls public rubric listings. Allows drafts to remain drafts.
• Re-runnable; already-classified records skip automatically. No migration or new DB tables.
• Tests guard mapping, alias preservation and idempotency, and committed admin import map.

Validation

• CI lint/typecheck/unit tests
• Vercel preview READY; verify Payload sidebar.
• Inspect live Payload preview plan before applying to production; expect 21 eligible records before changes.
• Confirm number of published and draft documents unchanged.
• After applying, verify FC 27 → Gaming, Whisp → Made in Africa, Driivio remains draft, finance vs technology, canonical URL unchanged.
• Follow up separately on untranslated Whisp EN (issue [Editorial i18n] Correct French-language content exposed in English article routes #114); no made-up English content.
