fix(payload): display the six-rubrics installer in admin

Root cause

PR #111 added SetupRubricsNavControl in payload.config.ts but did not regenerate src/app/(payload)/admin/importMap.js. The production admin sidebar therefore shows News Radar but omits ✦ Installer les 6 rubriques.

Fix

• Add the exact component import and registry entry to the committed Payload import map.
• Add regression unit test ensuring every admin.components.afterNavLinks component declared in config exists in the committed import map.

Verification

• CI lint + typecheck + unit tests succeed.
• Vercel preview deploy READY.
• Production deploy READY after merge; logged-in admin user sees button immediately below News Radar after hard reload.
• A logged-in editor clicks it once, receiving a successful response creating 6 bilingual categories (no existing post reclassification).

No database migrations, secrets, existing article edits, or overlap with migration PR #113.
