[GEO][P1] Enrich the Organization entity in site-wide JSON-LD #103

Problem

The Organization node only has name, url and logo. Answer engines rely on entity descriptions to identify and attribute a publisher.

Proposal

Add description, foundingLocation (Douala, Cameroon), areaServed (Africa), knowsAbout (editorial desks), and sameAs for official profiles (configured in one constant; empty until URLs are confirmed). Also add a description to the WebSite node and type the organization as NewsMediaOrganization.

Acceptance

• Site identity JSON-LD validates and contains the new properties; sameAs omitted when empty.
