Add shuffle parameter support to Cylinder class

The Cylinder class only exposed the compress parameter for HDF5 cache configuration, while BiorthBasis Cylindrical exposed both compress and shuffle, creating an inconsistent API.

Changes

• Added "shuffle" to Cylinder::valid_keys
• Updated HDF5 compression parsing to handle optional shuffle parameter (defaults to true)
• Modified setH5Params() call to pass both parameters

Example

# Users can now configure both parameters in Cylinder
compress: 5
shuffle: false  # Optional, defaults to true

The implementation mirrors the existing pattern in expui/BiorthBasis.cc.
