I asked claude-sonnet-5: Compare the new add_super_testlists.py script to the python modules in the python/ctsm directory and give sugestions on how add_super_testlists.py should be changed to be more similar, and use any infrastructure in the python/ctsm directory. It then gave a list of recommendations and I told it to do them other than adding unit-tests and doing a full rewrite using the cime infrastructure. This is what it did. As part of that it compared the results from the original script to the new script and found them to be identical.

Description of changes
Add a hint to the documentation on viewing in OnDemand to help give guidance to prevent going down the "session-id" where you can't view the documentation. Also add a link to the new CISL OnDemand documentation.
