Part of #2627

Mail that reaches bounce@esa-blueshell.nl, such as delivery reports and replies to the api's envelope sender, was read only by the api's bounce poller. A report the poller could not match by Message-ID went unseen.

  • infra/stalwart/accounts.json: bounce gets forwardTo: sitecie@esa-blueshell.nl. sitecie@ already forwards to sitecie@blueshell.utwente.nl, so the committee receives each report.

The forward is the existing managed Sieve script, redirect :copy. The mail stays in bounce@'s INBOX, so the poller still matches it. Mail that Stalwart's filter scores as spam is not forwarded.

Goes live once a release rolls out the new stalwart-tools image and the apply sidecar runs again.

The bounce mailbox only had the api's poller reading it, so a DSN the
poller could not match went unseen. sitecie@ forwards on to
sitecie@blueshell.utwente.nl, so the committee now gets every report.
