Re-cmorisation of ML output has been added as a new feature.

However, due to limitations by iris it only works properly for 1 year at a time. A check has been added that stops further processing when variables are from the 6hrLev table and no year has been specified (e.g. --year1 2022)

The resulting files (3-d, 91 level, 6-hourly) are huge anyway (50-60 GB/yr), nobody wants concatenate several years.

Has been tested with cmip6-style output produced with combined-optimesm-cmip7-core-request-EC-EARTH-ESM-1-varlist-cordex.json. Works fine, cmip7 output passes repacking and checks.

Another feature I'm thinking about is to split the ML output to smaller files, say 1 month per file. This would make each 3-d ML file approx 4-5 GB which is probably easier to work with. @treerink, what do you think?
