Arckeep / KCC Project Command Center

Current status

KCC 1.0 remains the active runtime/product line under the Arckeep identity. Arckeep 2.0 remains reserved/frozen. #34 / K1-D0 Dogfood Quick Capture + Start Menu launcher is the active pre-dogfood WorkPackage.

Next gate

After #34 Architecture Review + merge:

1. run deterministic package-dev.ps1 -Fast from merged develop/kcc-1.0;
2. verify build-info exact SHA;
3. create/update the real user Start Menu Arckeep shortcut to that stable package-worktree executable;
4. minimal User + ChatGPT visual acceptance of the note icon/drawer;
5. restart [K1-D1][Dogfood] 5-day real-work validation under Arckeep identity #33 as Day 1.

Arckeep 2.0

Status: RESERVED / FROZEN. Do not resume without explicit user decision.

Safety

• one WorkPackage = one short-lived branch = one dedicated sibling worktree;
• git fetch --prune, no git pull in execution worktrees;
• destructive real auth/profile changes require explicit human approval;
• Agents may terminate only PIDs they spawned/tracked;
• pre-existing app/profile locks require HUMAN_ACTION_REQUIRED and must never be force-killed.

Control-plane update: #34 / K1-D0 R0 Architecture Review at 678ef94693a19bd01fccf0be28a0cb03a2eb2c48 is REQUEST_CHANGES / R1 with only two narrow blockers: successful-Viewer-context-only dogfood provenance, and machine-wide Start Menu descendant refusal. #33 dogfood remains paused before Day 1; no real Start Menu activation yet.
