docs(dmc-docs): update for the v1.18.0 sync - #17

- Home and Local Builds: dmc-dev is synced to upstream v1.18.0 (source version v1.18.0.01). Explain the version string build.sh stamps into ver, with the -dev channel marker, and that the file name stays <env>-v1.18.0-<hash>.bin. - Releases: new section on stable releases (one per version) and the rolling dev pre-releases (dmc-repeater-dev, dmc-repeater-packetlog-dev, observer-mqtt-dev), now on v1.18.0 and listed as 1.18.0-dev in the Toolbox flasher. Point companion users to Meshcomod (EV Fork). - Web Panel: the node reports the OTA channels as prod / beta; stable and dev stay aliases (from 312e42e on dmc-observer-dev). - Custom CLI: observer additions get link.status / link.diag / link.dns, mqtt.advert.verify and stop ota. - AGENTS.md: embedded firmware version is now v1.18.0.01. All pages in nl / en / de; mkdocs build --strict passes.

enhancement/dmc-dev-companion-filter, no PR yet) and the new SNMP OIDs (#16). The Releases page still says DMC ships no companion firmware.
