feat: implement Super Saiyan God transformation

This PR introduces the Super Saiyan God (SSG) transformation to the mod. It includes the core logic for the transformation
state, visual effects, and stat balancing.

Key Changes:

• Transformation Logic: Added SSG to the transformation handler and state machine.
• Visuals: Implemented custom fiery red aura particles and dynamic hair color rendering.
• Stats & Balancing: Integrated "God Ki" mechanics, providing significant boosts to speed and strength with a unique
  energy drain rate.
• Unlock Method: Added the ritual/requirement logic to access the form.
• Localization: Added language strings for English and Spanish.
