Making Dolphin more programmatic by adding decorators to abstract away the Dolphin-specific APIs like Distribution and apply.

• Add decorators to abstract away basic Dolphin functionality
• Add a basic tutorial for using Dolphin with these decorators
• Add tests to validate implementation
• Enhance decorators to compile complex functions involving recursion and other control flows into Dolphin-driven abstractions, while skipping blackbox functions
• Reimplement all examples wrt these decorators
