test: cover VaultDetail milestone and transaction rendering

• add RTL coverage for VaultDetail active, completed, failed, and unknown vault states
• assert milestone titles, evidence links, optional verifier address handling, transaction labels, amounts, and truncated hashes
• keep coverage focused on issue Add RTL tests for VaultDetail milestone and transaction rendering #135 without changing production behavior
