Summary

• README: add a short Network behaviour section under Usage that covers the 60 req/min rate limit, the 24 h in-memory cache for reference data (feat(api): cache reference data in memory for 24 hours #132) and automatic retries of transient failures (feat(api): retry transient simap failures with exponential backoff #131), so users know what to expect before the 1.6.0 release.
• ARCHITECTURE.md: fix a typo in the caching paragraph ("A hit and is logged" → "A hit is logged").
