Mechanism to automatically download databases and update dice-where to use them.
This must be done transparently to the client application. and will involve a combination of command line scripting and java code.
Must work for all types of IP2Location databases. The updater tool itself must be configurable to use free versions or paid versions, in which case some kind of authentication against IP2Location's website is required.
