Currently at TCS, working with Cisco; shipping AI agents that handle 750+ support cases/month with 95% autonomous closure and triage in under 30 seconds, finance automation saving 2,300+ person-hours/month, and an agent framework on Google ADK + A2A that runs 6 production tracks.
