'codex plugin marketplace add' takes only a <SOURCE> argument, not a name plus URL — the previous call failed with "unexpected argument". Also, the marketplace registered from obra/superpowers is named "superpowers-dev", not "superpowers", so the follow-up 'plugin add' targeted a marketplace that didn't exist.
