Add Editorial Blue CV v2 preset

Summary

• migrate the Editorial Blue CV preset into the cv/v2 architecture
• add grouped skills data plus reusable shared TableWidget for configurable tables/grids
• add visual baselines, smoke tests, docs, and example generation

Validation

• PDF preview visually approved
• CvV2VisualParityTest passed after approved baselines
• ./mvnw.cmd test passed: 901 tests
• ./mvnw.cmd -f examples\pom.xml test passed after local core install
• git diff --check had no whitespace errors
