Brings in the SEP text changes merged in experimental-ext-interceptors since 915f1b9: - modelcontextprotocol#40: Go SDK mode alignment (SEP wording only) - modelcontextprotocol#43: Interceptors run out of process as MCP servers, Interceptor Server definition and SHOULD NOT co-host rule, per-invocation config semantics, aligned context shapes, interceptors/list naming - modelcontextprotocol#44: Remove the chain concept and keep the execution mechanics Copied from docs/sep.md at 07c89a2 without the repo-local NOTE block. The mdx mirror is regenerated with the render-seps template and formatted with Prettier 3.9.5.
