Adds a CNAME file so GitHub Pages serves this site at https://randomcountdowns.smallapp.cc instead of the github.io URL. The old github.io URL keeps redirecting. DNS (CNAME randomcountdowns.smallapp.cc -> deekahy.github.io) is already in place.
