Raw microscopy images corresponding to the double immunofluorescence staining for FOXP3 and CD4 in representative cases of NSCLC patients who died within 2 years compared with those alive and relapse-free at 5 years. The files are provided in their original Zeiss microscopy format (.czi) and have not been processed or modified. The image areas included in the manuscript were selected and extracted from these original files.
