I've tried to use the tool, but there is a problem.
In tutorial, you sampled gene-sets from msigdb_hs and created a GeneSetCollection.
I also tried creating a GeneSetCollection using my gene-set analysis results. However, there are updated terms in my results, which are not included misgdb version 7.4. So I was not able to create a GeneSetCollection.
Do I have to use GeneSetCollection class for next step? if so, is there any easy way to create GeneSetCollection by myself?
How can I solve the isssue about MisgDB version?
