feat(ui): use SVG icon in app header and About page hero - #124

Replaces the 🎾 emoji in the app header and About page hero with <img src="/icon.svg"> — picks up the same prefers-color-scheme theming as the favicon, so the in-app logo switches dark↔light natively.
