Added two open ENSO resources:
ENSO Historical Dataset — Comprehensive monthly ENSO data (1950–2026), 126 records with ONI across 4 Niño regions, SOI, and subsurface temperature anomalies. Available in CSV and JSON. CC0 license.
ENSO Tracker Dashboard — Real-time ENSO monitoring tool with embeddable widget. Aggregates data from NOAA CPC, BOM, ECMWF, and IRI. Open source.
