feat(k8s): release UI v0.29 on green, cloudflared-tunnel v0.29 - #51

Pin both colors to explicit tags instead of :latest: green v0.29 (active), blue v0.23 (rollback). v0.23..v0.29 has no src changes (dependency bumps incl. dompurify 3.4.13, license, CI). cloudflared-tunnel v0.29 is built from the same commit with the unchanged cloudflare/Dockerfile and carries cloudflared 2026.9.3 (v0.27 had 2026.7.3). Blue/green release of the UI, following
k8s/README.md.ui-deployment-green:high-command-ui:v0.29(built from f212b29). Service selector andactive-version→ green.ui-deployment-blue: pinned to the currently runningv0.23(was:latestin Git), kept as the rollback color.cloudflared-tunnel:v0.27→v0.29. Same component, same unchangedcloudflare/Dockerfile, built from the same commit as UI v0.29; bundles cloudflared 2026.9.3 (v0.27 has 2026.7.3). Still pinned.v0.23..v0.29 has no
