chore: include yarn lock e2e

What does this PR do?

Includes serverless/yarn.lock in the e2e workflow's internal path filter.

Motivation

Lockfile updates now run the live Lambda e2e suite rather than self-skipping after the workflow is triggered.

Testing Guidelines

Not run -- workflow-only change.
