Declare MIT licensing for agql-auth, using the same license text and copyright notice as graphql-orm, as authorized by Toby. Bump to 0.19.1 so the license can be included in a new immutable release for downstream router distribution. The published v0.19.0 tag remains unchanged.
No library source, API, token, configuration, or persistence behavior changes. Cargo.lock changes only the local package version. Changelog, migration notes, and README document the release.
Validation: release-state and version-policy checks, eight policy tests, Rustfmt and diff checks pass. Both default and no-default-features lanes pass all 184 tests, warnings-denied Clippy and rustdoc through the bounded wrapper. SemVer comparison against v0.19.0 passes all 196 applicable checks. Both hosted CI lanes pass.
