Adds a documentation site for Molly, built from the same kit as Dharma (DarmawanRobotics/Dharma#10): VitePress over the Markdown already in the repository.
.github/workflows/docs.ymlbuilds the site on pull requests and deploys it frommainonce Pages is enabled (Settings → Pages → Source: GitHub Actions).The docs index, the README links and the CHANGELOG point to the site. Prettier now skips the npm lockfile.
