Integrate study parameters benchmark with variant ann ID alignment

Study Parameters benchmark:

• Alignment by Variant Annotation ID (exact match)
• Field-wise scoring: exact match (IDs), category match (Study Type, Ratio Stat Type, Biogeographical Groups), numeric tolerance (Study Cases/Controls, frequencies, Ratio Stat, CI bounds), semantic similarity (Characteristics, allele fields)
• Special P Value parsing: extracts operator (<, >, =, ≤, ≥) and numeric value, combined scoring (50% operator + 50% value)
• Numeric tolerance matching: exact = 1.0, within 5% = 0.9, within 10% = 0.8
  Scaffold:
• AnnotationBenchmark now calls Study Parameters evaluator with minimal changes
