Adds the release notes entry for DDP_backend v2.83 / webapp_v2 v4.10.

What's in the entry

  • Pick Your Sheet, Don't Paste It — the Google Drive file picker for Google Sheets sources (backend #1451, frontend #367). You browse Drive and click the sheet instead of pasting its link, and Dalgo warns you if you swap the sheet on a source that's already running.
  • Nothing Changes for Your Existing Sheets — existing connections keep syncing, the service-account key route is unchanged, and saved OAuth sources prompt you to re-pick the sheet next time you edit them.
  • Fixes — column types you'd already accepted stay accepted when reopening a connection (frontend #382).

Also in this PR

sidebar_position renumbered across all entries (1–7, newest first). The values had drifted out of sync with the sidebar order over the last few releases.

Build verified clean with yarn build.
