Could we have that, please? With the temp dir being confined to "/tmp", HISAT2 is unusable in certain multiuser HPC environments with limited resources for node-specific /tmp-dirs. |

We recently made the "--temp-directory" option work (#442 ), would that resolve your issue too? Using "/tmp" would still be easier for documentation. |
