Support for Python 3.14 is currently blocked by dtocean-core's dependency on cartopy.
The corresponding issue on cartopy is SciTools/cartopy#2612. The issue may be related to Fiona not providing 3.14 wheels (see Toblerity/Fiona#1504). Fiona looks like a bit of a mess.
