Rewrite CONTRIBUTING for the current repo state: four docs sites (DERO, TELA, Hologram, DeroPay) wired as npm workspaces, root-level install, per-site dev/build scripts, the shared localhost:3000 port caveat, Nextra pages/_meta.json conventions, the generated agent-ready surfaces, and a pre-submit checklist using check:llms-links.
