[Bug] Whitespace character required in amendment request deleted success banner

Overview
When a user deletes a request from the Amendment requests page a Success banner displays informing them that the deletion has been a success. However, there appears to be a missing whitespace character between [Student name] and the (reference number ... text i.e. Alice Brown(reference number ...

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to DEV or QA and sign in.
2. Select the 16-19 checking window.
3. Complete a request to remove a student from the student data (I went through the Remove student > Not at end of 16-19 study journey).
4. Navigate to the Amendment requests screen.
5. Locate the request you created and click the Delete button.
6. Confirm and submit the deletion.
7. When you are returned to the Amendment requests screen notice that the Success banner displays.
8. Note that the opening parenthesis is right up against the surname of the student.

Also, does your submitted request need an s to read your submitted requests as the section is called Requests?
