[Bug] Pagination options close/overlapping student table

Overview
When viewing the Student included or Student not included tables the pagination options (page numbers, next button, previous button) are displayed right up against the horizontal scroll bar of the table containing the student names. If a user then clicks on the table of student names it is highlighted (see screenshot) and it shows an overlap between itself and the pagination section.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to DEV, login and navigate to the Student tab of a checking window i.e. https://check-performance-data-development.test.teacherservices.cloud/CheckYourPupilData/6c2e1f4a-9b7d-4e38-8a15-3d9c2b4e7f01
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Student included or Student not included table.
3. Note that the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the table is right up against the pagination options.
4. Click on the table of student names.
5. Note that what looks like the border/margin and padding areas of the table highlight and overlap the pagination options.
