[Bug] 16-19 RE: whitespace before and after selected result

Overview
When a user is on the Which of [student name] 's results is incorrect?, enters a letter/term, and then selects a result from the drop-down options the selected result text is displayed in the text box with multiple whitespace characters before and after the result text.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to DEV: https://check-performance-data-development.test.teacherservices.cloud/
2. Sign in and proceed to the 16 to 19 Check data window.
3. In the What would you like to do? section at the bottom of the page select Report an issue with an exam result and click Continue.
4. On the What issue with the results do you need to report? page select Incorrect grade and click Continue.
5. Click Continue on the Check your second late results ... screen.
6. Select Yes or No on the ... whole cohort screen and click Continue.
7. Enter the term Alice on the What is the name of the student ... screen, select Alice, Johnson and click Continue.
8. Click on the text box on the Which of Alice Johnson's results is incorrect? screen and select a result.
9. Note that the result selected is displayed in the text box.
10. Note that the result text has multiple whitespace characters before and after the result text.
11. Also note that the _No results found text displays in the drop-down when you select the result on step 8.

@davidgouge this isn't a major issue but seems strange to have the whitespace in the text box around the text and also appears to make the No results text display.
