feat(rate-of-closure): preserve variation visuals through run states

Summary

Advances #4433 with a reusable, state-preserving visual lifecycle proven first in the matched React/PyQt Variation workspace.

• adds a strict cross-runtime visual-state matrix for empty, loading, result, error, cancellation, and prior-accepted visual origin
• keeps exactly one fully accepted same-configuration result mounted during rerun/failure while rejecting partial, forged, stale-generation, mismatched-plan, and mixed-bundle results
• invalidates accepted evidence atomically on every scientific execution-identity change, including hidden loaded base/group authority and the complete PyQt simulation configuration
• stages and publishes result data, exports, plot authority, and visible widgets atomically with rollback on derivation/publication failure
• treats cooperative cancellation as cancellation rather than scientific failure and keeps one bounded, non-overlapping state strip with a single accessible announcement owner
• handles transient invalid React editor states without crashing, invoking injected services, or exporting invalid/stale plans
• binds hosted PR/trusted workflow routing to the new state authority and real PyQt lifecycle probes

Honest boundary

Browser lifecycle captures scroll the exact primary visual into view before measurement; they prove state inspectability and retained geometry, not automatic post-Run viewport prominence. Portable archive/replay authority, approved visual goldens, formal AT/manual review, other primary tabs, downstream validation, and protected landing remain open. #4433 is not complete.
