Summary

Cuts the 0.1.0 production-readiness release. Bumps the project version 0.0.1 → 0.1.0 (CMake + Python binding), promotes the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section to [0.1.0], and updates the compare links.

0.1.0 makes Cyberfluids consumable by others on top of the validated 0.0.1 engine:

  • find_package(Cyberfluids) install/export (Cyberfluids::core / Cyberfluids::c, SOVERSION)
  • self-contained pip-installable Python wheel (scikit-build-core, NumPP static-linked)
  • zero-setup dependency resolution (pinned FetchContent fallback)
  • recorded benchmark references (docs/benchmarks.md)
  • governance files (CONTRIBUTING / SECURITY / CoC / CHANGELOG / templates)
  • the portable consumability OpenSpec readiness rubric

A v0.1.0 GitHub release + tag will be cut once this merges.

Production-readiness release: Cyberfluids is now consumable by others —
find_package(Cyberfluids) install/export, a self-contained pip-installable
Python wheel, zero-setup dependency resolution, recorded benchmark references,
governance files, and the portable consumability spec — on top of the validated
engine from 0.0.1.

Bump project version 0.0.1 -> 0.1.0 (CMake + Python binding), promote the
CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section to [0.1.0], and update the compare links.
No Cyberfluids target links SciPP, yet the dep bootstrap aborted the whole build
when SciPP failed to compile — which now happens on macOS/AppleClang because
SciPP's <cmath> special functions (cyl_bessel_j, cyl_neumann, expint, ...) are
libstdc++-only and absent in Apple libc++. SciPP gaining install/export rules
made the bootstrap start attempting the install, surfacing this on the macOS CI.

Treat the optional SciPP install as best-effort: warn and continue on failure
so an unlinked dependency can't break the Cyberfluids build. NumPP (which is
linked) is still fatal on failure. Linux behavior is unchanged (SciPP builds).
