Kyle's rule: the GitHub budget is $0, and every Cubeage workflow runs on our own runners.
This adds the
self-hosted-runnerscheck, the shared guard from Cubeage/.github#9, pinned to854d150d886e0a4d15846e87e57ca67c7b8c290e. It fails when any workflow here can run on a GitHub-hosted runner: a hosted label, a hosted fallback in an expression, a hosted matrix value, or a variable-driven runner without an own label. It runs onsylphx-linux-standardand feedsci-ok.This repository passes it today. This PR's own check run is the proof.
