Moves this repo's gate job (
ci-ok/verified/source-ci-pass, theif: always()aggregator) to the reserved runner poolsylphx-linux-control.A cancelled run then frees its concurrency group in about a minute instead of holding it while the gate waits for a general-purpose runner. The gate's conditions and
needsare unchanged; onlyruns-on(and the comment above it) changes. Where the repo has anactionlint.yaml, the new label is added to it.Patch designed by Ops and reviewed by Opus, applied across the Cubeage repos.
