Change and mathematical scope

Preserves the completed original S03.08 source-adoption result and its actual frozen source/DATA selection. The newly dated independent AI review accepts original SC1–SC6, CP01–CP15, the complete symbolic C01–C15 source bill and unchanged T1–T4 against the selected Root/provider/driver/helper/cold/constructor/private-parent graph. It includes the current G12 original-caller lineage, P02's two reference chains and current inert source mount, and actual source/mode/command mappings.

The source archive contains 23 files / 23,565,629 bytes, mapping 1,311 original paths to 1,103 exact byte objects. Current selected Python/DATA/proof/inverses, all 195 ordinary base inputs, raw NEW fixture evidence and historical failures are retained. The new 2,262,016-byte XZ wrapper stores inert .txt objects; three separate opaque historical gzip inputs retain their exact already-public Git blobs. No nested old gzip was decoded. Absolute source locators remain unchanged DATA with a portable origin map.

Source-only completion. S03.07 remains open. No original/full/native/scientific execution, actual current instance, runtime caller equality, fit/funding, performance, κ or goal completion is claimed. Optimized full callers remain refusal-only. Parent activity tracking is now44.75%,23/49 and S03 7/8; source counts are not the proof and no full-stage/overall gate is added. AI source acceptance is not independent human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Task and overlap

Explicit user-assigned publication; no task picker or new research was run. Scope is refined from the prior incomplete source handoff to complete actual originalS03.08 source adoption. Runtime optimization remains separate.

Fresh canonical base: 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, tree e6898c8ba7a27b71587c32ba3f639259ceeeed91. Only research/h25-s03-08-source-adoption/ is proposed. Current rules/template were read at that base, and the package path is absent there. Local clone/fetch was unavailable; no scientific source-history claim is made from a local object cache.

Observed once on the initial prepared23-file package (before the documentation-only historical-coverage correction): PASS_ARCHIVAL_BYTES_ONLY, all1,103 unique objects /86,647,104 payload bytes checked, with zero old gzip payloads decoded and no source/control execution. One-byte corruption of the OWN new README was rejected; its exact bytes were restored and every manifest file rehashed. All current acceptance/manifest/catalog/nested direct pins and all195 base member hashes are included exactly. Full Apache-2.0 and CPython3.12.15 license copies match their pinned public Git blobs. After the documentation-only correction, all outer files were rehashed and the source archive/objects, proofs and three opaque blob bytes were checked unchanged; no archive rebuild, payload decode or fixture rerun occurred.

This is archive integrity, not a natural-language proof checker or executable candidate replay. No VERIFY.json science hook is registered. Current interpreter/stdlib/native/OS/currentness/admission inputs remain explicit external boundaries. Historical overwritten pin/mode observations, unresolved provenance locators, protected-runtime and private-context exclusions are recorded without substituting bytes or claiming full runtime portability. Unrelated S03.07 Pro87701 prompts/packet and C05 native/binary inputs are excluded; preliminary curation candidates remain local.

The retained R4 evidence already passed12 NEW pure orchestration methods normally and12 under -O, with exact source/commands/grants/raw stdout/stderr/GNU-time/ledger and independent result review. Those tests were not rerun for publication. They do not execute the original full caller or establish runtime equality; complete independent source reasoning supplies the source decision. Actual frozen R2–R6 NO-GO/timing records, source/map/writer failures, raw-LF failure, inverse limitations and corrected criticisms remain included at their recorded scopes. R1's negative is retained retrospectively in R2's PLAN/early source review; its exact round-close/timing record is not bundled. R7's global historical-preservation statement does not imply full historical coverage by this export. Old pending fields are unchanged; the later external receipt supplies the newly dated acceptance.

Canonical overlapping94.550533479 remains separate from recorded policy315.890533479. Neither is complete physical cost or transferable funding; all outside/source/compression/review/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. Old paused timers remain inactive. No new guarded budget, engine/native/compiler work, protected runtime read, GitHub mutation or original control replay occurred in export preparation. Independent final export review, branch/commit publication, Chrome submission and exact-head hosted checks remain pending at this prepared-body checkpoint.

1. S03.07: freeze the actual production retention issuer/hook/caller route and review original source custody/retention order. Its genuine production boundary remains open; this archive does not invent a replacement accounting API or resume the timer.
2. S06/current owner/bootstrap: bind the genuine original Root/provider/native/receiver instance, source custody, resource and funding obligations. Source adoption provides a prerequisite, not an execution grant.
3. Original full runtime qualification/costs: only under a separately admitted round, preserve intact baseline, all original assertions/oracles/mode refusals, full equality, failures and complete costs. NEW pure fixtures and archival delivery do not close these predicates.

All 23 added files match the independently accepted bytes, Git blob IDs and modes; every pre-existing upstream tree entry is preserved. The complete title and body were read back exactly after Chrome submission.

This is successful archival planning, not candidate execution, source-to-runtime adoption or mathematical acceptance. There was no rerun or CI-only commit.
