Every one-contact A2 rewrite of the final #5708 word strictly increases the local paid-query moment, even when its inserted correction may use any of the 645 native frames and every frame demand may use any finite separately charged catalogue path. Exhaustive coverage: 184 intervals x 645 frames = 118,680 assignments, uniformly for every real 0<t<1.

New relative to #6290/#6305: the correction frame varies after scalar reordering. This is outside #5616's older scalar-order-preserving theorem. Exact partitions prove 118,677 cases; the remaining three satisfy 3^t+4^t-2^t-5^t>0 by decreasing increments. No numerical exponent sampling or old caller/flow certificate is used.

Base: 2485805.
#5708 source: 829d01f. Exact individual source Git/SHA256 pins and predecessor heads are in SOURCES.json and TASK.json. The domain and native metric are reconstructed directly; no unpublished receipt dependency.

Reproduce (CPython 3.12, stdlib):

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/g20-one-contact-free-frame

Expected: PASS_G20_ONE_CONTACT_FREE_FRAME (184 intervals, 118680 strict assignments, 245 shapes) and PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.

Executed: eight registered commands, primary/independent normal and optimized checks, all 685 endpoint columns and final returns. A separate symbolic-frame interpreter matches every invoice plus 736 full chronological checks. Independent geometry and bucket distances cover all 416,025 entries; a separate local oracle checks 59,400 frame moves. Corrupt domains/invoices, invalid sign witnesses, omitted returns and poisoned bytecode caches reject. Committed bytes/modes, official export integrity and four read-only Git-free replays pass. Deterministic complete enumeration is the stopping rule. Complete remote tree equals tested contents.

No new κ. All other events, frames, targets, placement and owned resets stay fixed. Multiple corrections, extra projectors, shared/cancelled demands and further rewrites remain open. Full supplier/caller, uniform native, compiler/precision/tape and all five framework assumptions remain inherited or unrun. No hosted CI, formal-kernel or complete-history preflight claimed.

Check all 184 one-contact rewrites at all 645 native frames.
Every one of 118,680 complete paid-query lower invoices is strictly
positive for exponents in (0,1), including three balancing cases.
Independent symbolic-frame and chronological checks corroborate the
construction-class obstruction. No new kappa.
