Restore ShiftPress and harden printing UX

• restore all app-facing branding and Windows artifacts to ShiftPress while preserving ShiftPrint config migration
• harden Word automation, printer selection, date replacement, progress, cancellation, configuration persistence, and release gates
• complete the native frontend polish and record the independent 40/40 Impeccable reassessment
• make main and Setup windows taskbar-safe on constrained Windows displays
