Replaces failed PDF overlay with: digital PDF → LLM restructure+translate (Groq) → clean editable DOCX + structured viewer. Plus full UI redesign (clean light MUI theme) and 3-language interface (he/en/ru) with RTL for Hebrew. Tests: server 72, client 18.
