MailMonitor aggregates a month's activity log into a summary (e.g. "Unloaded 340MB across 12 attachments this month") and fires it as a system notification on a Settings-backed schedule.
Acceptance criteria
- A digest notification appears on the configured cadence.
- Its numbers match the activity log for that period.
