Add a menu item that runs IMAP connectivity, iCloud Drive availability, and Keychain access checks on demand. MailBridge exposes a check method beyond the existing "Test & Save" flow; Unload_AttachmentsApp surfaces results.
Acceptance criteria
- Unplugging network or revoking the app-specific password surfaces a clear, specific failure reason in the menu.
- All-green result is shown when everything is working.
