Sprint: sprint-3 (files: MailMonitor.swift, Unload_AttachmentsApp.swift)

MailMonitor's existing in-menu log gains persistent storage. Unload_AttachmentsApp adds a separate searchable history window (not just the live dropdown list).

Acceptance criteria

  • Closing and reopening the app still shows prior activity.
  • Search filters by sender/subject.
