⭐ api.weather.gov's LSR feed carries citizen/spotter-submitted hail size, wind gust, and tornado reports — distinct from and more granular than the official warning polygons already shipped. Same data source and auth model as the existing NWS integration, so it's an additive fetch rather than a new integration.
Risks: reports are unverified at submission time and sparse in low-population areas; needs a clear "unverified spotter report" visual treatment so it isn't confused with an official warning.
