Features

  • RSS & Atom Feeds. Subscribe to any website that publishes a feed. Corvus auto-discovers feeds on the page you're visiting, with fast continuous refresh and built-in feed health tools.
  • YouTube Channels. Subscribe to any YouTube channel directly from its page. Handles and custom URLs are resolved automatically, and you can hide Shorts to focus on full videos.
  • Folder Organization. Group feeds into folders and nested sub-folders. Keep Tech, News, YouTube, and Design neatly separated.
  • 5 View Modes. Magazine, list, card, expanded, and full-view layouts. Choose the reading experience that works best for you.
  • Star, Pin & Read Later. Save articles for later, star your favorites, and pin important items. Built-in smart feeds for quick access.
  • Keyboard Shortcuts. Navigate, star, refresh, and manage articles entirely from the keyboard. J/K to browse, S to star, V to open, and more.
  • Full-Text Search. Search across all your articles by title, content, or author. Find anything instantly, even in thousands of articles.
  • Auto-Categorize. New feeds are automatically sorted into 20 category folders based on domain and keyword matching. No manual organization needed.
  • OPML Import & Export. Bring your feeds from any reader with OPML import. Full folder hierarchy preserved, with progress tracking and duplicate detection.
  • Offline Reading. Save articles with embedded images for reading without an internet connection. Your saved content is always available.
  • Feed Health Dashboard. Monitor broken, stale, and error-prone feeds at a glance. Bulk disable inactive feeds and retry disabled ones with a single tap.
  • Auto-Action Rules. Create rules to automatically star, tag, mute, or archive articles based on keywords, feeds, or authors. Your inbox, your rules.
  • Smart Filters. Built-in smart feeds for Today, Unread, Starred, Read Later, and Archived articles. Jump to what matters in one click.
  • Discover Feeds. Browse a curated directory of 4,800+ feeds across 34 categories and 47 countries. Find new sources in seconds, no URL hunting required.
  • Themes & Customization. Pick from a visual grid of themes (Light, Dark, Midnight, Sepia, Nord, Dracula, Solarized Dark), plus custom accent colors, font sizes, density settings, and newspaper-style column layouts.
  • Organized Settings. A polished settings panel with 8 categories, live search across every option, and a What's New sheet that surfaces release notes on first launch after every update.
  • 33 languages. Fully localized including the settings UI and onboarding, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.

What makes Corvus RSS Reader special

Built for Safari, not ported to it. No Chromium shim, no background daemon. It uses Safari's native extension APIs, so it stays fast and light on Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

Subscribe to YouTube like any feed. Open a channel, hit subscribe, and its uploads land in your reader. Handles and custom URLs resolve automatically, and you can hide Shorts to keep only full videos.

A directory, not a blank search box. Discover Feeds ships a curated catalog of 4,800+ sources across 34 categories and 47 countries, so finding something to read takes seconds instead of URL hunting.

Reading the way you like it. Five view modes, seven themes, custom accent colors, adjustable density, and newspaper-style columns. The reader bends to your taste, not the other way around.

Rules that tidy up for you. Auto-categorization files new feeds into the right folder, and auto-action rules star, tag, mute, or archive articles automatically based on your own conditions.

33 languages, fully translated. Including the in-app settings, the onboarding, and this site. RTL layout for Arabic and Hebrew. The language picker is one tap away.

Built for privacy. No accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, no network requests beyond fetching your feeds. Everything runs locally in Safari. Your reading stays completely private.

No account required. No sign-ups, no cloud sync, no tracking. Your feeds and articles live entirely on your device in browser.storage.local. Corvus RSS Reader collects zero data and never phones home.
