Wingman label should hide in narrow toolbar layouts

In the narrow LinkedIn toolbar state shown in the screenshot, the Wingman action still renders its text label (Wingman) while the neighboring toolbar icons remain icon-only.

Expected behavior:

• Wingman should match the other toolbar actions and hide its label at narrow widths.
• The compact state should be consistent across all action icons.

Observed behavior:

• The Wingman button keeps its label visible in the cramped layout, making it visually inconsistent with the other actions.
