Closing as strictly superseded by #603. Exact #605 head 71b15285a7dc878b9c9c0eebfebf39675bec29aa updates only github/codeql-action/init to v4.37.8 while leaving analyze at v4.36.2, which the current Devin finding correctly identifies as a version-skew defect. Current #603 head 8439b10a6b3d5f19d495d86917a5abfdca94a3c0 preserves the same init upgrade, upgrades analyze to the identical immutable v4.37.8 commit, and adds a regression requiring CodeQL init/analyze version and digest equality. No unique #605 behavior is lost by converging on #603; #605's green workflow labels do not excuse the validated skew.
